I use intuitive coaching, integrating several modalities and a referral system. I teach clients self-regulation techniques and to

trust their intuition.


You can customize a specialized coaching program that is best for you, whether it is a single session or multiple sessions until you are feeling emotionally balanced.


Transformational Breathwork

The best way to get beyond something is to fully

experience it and go through it.


Holotropic breathwork involves the control and quickening of breathing patterns to bring about altered states of consciousness which can allow somatic release and self-discovery.


The term holotropic translates into “moving

towards wholeness.


In this practice, Tiffany will guide and support you through a series of conscious, connected breathing techniques. You will enter a self-induced state of consciousness which will allow your brain to go from your "thinking" brain to your "feeling" brain. This helps to break free of survival states by sending a signal to your system that a stressor is no longer present. This brings about a feeling of safety and allows us to access greater states of emotion. We are able to experience a "fast -track" through grief, loss and

many other things.


Some of the benefits you may experience are relaxation or feelings of euphoria, stress relief, release of emotions, overall healing and

a greater sense of self.


Yoga & Meditation

Yoga and meditation are methods in which we practice stillness, movement and breath, to bring about mindfulness. Mindfulness allows us to be intently aware of what is happening internally and helps us relax the body and mind. Remembering that this is a practice, not a destination, is key. Mindfulness is more easily achieved when we practice daily.

Sound Healing

Various instrumental sounds such as crystal bowls, drums, tuning forks, binaural beats, etc. vibrate at various frequencies when struck. These vibrations can access various brain waves and specific areas of the body, allowing for

relaxation and balance.


This type of class is often experienced while laying down in a comfortable position.
